1. Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

a. Reservation Confirmation: To secure your tour or service, we require full payment in advance unless otherwise specified.

b. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will be fully refunded. For cancellations within 48 hours, we offer a partial refund or rescheduling, subject to availability. No-shows and late arrivals may not be eligible for refunds.

2. Tour Modifications:

a. Change of Date/Time: We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

b. Tour Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, safety concerns, or other issues. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.

3. Safety and Conduct:

a. Safety: Safety is our top priority. Guests are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines provided by our tour guides. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the tour without a refund.

b. Respect: We expect all guests to treat our staff, fellow tour participants, and the natural environment with respect. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

4. Privacy Policy:

a. Information Collection: We collect personal information for booking and communication purposes only. Your information will never be shared or sold to third parties.

b. Payment Security: We use secure payment processing methods to protect your financial information.

5. Liability and Insurance:

a. Liability: Island Concierge is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during tours. We strongly recommend guests have their own travel insurance.

b. Complaints: If you have any complaints, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to address and resolve your concerns.
